Ronnie Ng

Chief Executive Officer

Ronnie manages PIAS' business and strategy to provide personalised and holistic financial solutions for customers. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, across Citibank, Aviva Singapore and AXA Life. Prior to his current role, Ronnie spearheaded the Affinity Business and Employee Benefits distribution business for Singlife, leading the team to grow revenue year on year. Ronnie graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree and he is a Certified Financial Planner.

Carine Ng

Chief Distribution Officer

As Chief Distribution Officer at PIAS, Carine brings over 25 years of leadership experience in financial services. She has held senior roles at Prudential, Citibank, Aviva, and Singlife, with extensive experience across agency, bancassurance, and partnership channels. Her track record includes driving sales growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing distribution teams.

Prior to her current appointment, she was Head of Affinity at Singlife, where she led the team to deliver consistent year-on-year revenue growth while expanding team scale and capabilities.

Pavan Virmani

Chief Commercial Officer

Pavan sits on the PIAS board, as an Executive Director in the business. In his management role, he oversees the Finance, Technology, Operations and People functions. He has over 25 years of executive experience in the financial services industry, across Prudential, Aviva Singapore, and Singlife. Prior to his current role, he served as Group Head of Distribution at Singlife with Aviva, leading all distribution channels and playing a key role in the Aviva-Singlife merger. Pavan holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
